What is the value of a restaurant (well, tea place this time) if the service is bad? I love their milk teas. But giving this a 3-star because of the staff. They were even pointing at each other to do the tasks. And the ate girl who were assigned as the cashier was very rude, she did get into my nerves. I hope they train their staff well on how to handle customers.
