I got a sandwich but I forgot the name. It was really basic hotel food. Not great. Their french fries was good but nothing special. However, the service was prompt and well. Love the friendly and helpful staff.
Staying in Best Western Plus Lex Cebu entitles you to a breakfast buffet. Servers are friendly and can assist you, but in our table i noticed that my tablemate didn’t have a napkin, and i didn’t have a coffee/tea cup. Chefs are roaming around to check the dishes which is a good thing. The buffet tables were scattered, and i was disappointed that i wasn’t able to try one part of the buffet because i only saw it when i was about to leave. I wish i was fully informed. Corned beef was yummy even if it was on the wet side, the rest of the dishes were so-so. Tsokolate was good. The cakes weren’t that special, a bit on the dry side. Strawberry yogurt was normal. You have a lot of choices including cereal, pasta, pastries, omelette, sushi, fruits and heavy meals, but it didn’t feel satisfying. Maybe because of the ambience and a bit dirty (found something in my water).Basically, they have to fix their table setting to be consistent and clean. They have to fix this irregularity to consider that their rooms and swimming pool are nice.

However, we believe that the servers’ attentiveness could have been better. We would also appreciate a quick heads up regarding the food stations available. Also, the management could do something with the overflow of tables in the lobby which was a little uninviting to the guests.My favorites include their fish fillet with tartar sauce, also their sushi rolls and salad bar. kingofsinulog.wordpress.com
