I had the worst experience last night.I can clearly see that you have never trained your crew regarding customer care. Your crew should be trained for at least 1 week to understand the importance of customer service for your business.It’s not my fault the didn’t have enough change for my bill. It’s impossible since the area was almost full house. I demand the crew who handled my order to be suspended!
I had a great experience with their Ngohiong, they immediately take my order. The food is really good with some spice from their sauce. Since it was first time trying Ngohiong, I found it really delicious which you can compare to a Lumpia.
The place is okay if you are on a budget or if you miss street foods and some pancit canton. The ngohiong is okay and the sauce better than I have ever remembered. The sink is often times dirty and I hope the hand soap will help. Tables are not really well-cleaned but my biggest issue is the oil which is used to fry everything. The bacon roll is the winner here though. The drinks are overpriced.
The crew isn’t very attentive to the customers and they don’t clean up tables very often (maybe only when they feel like), place is dirty and unhygienic but the chicken tastes great and the fried siomai too! Both is a must try, ngohionh is also tasty buy abit small. Overall, good food bad place and crew.
Customer service in their mango avenue branch is really is bad. The crew is never polite I even experienced the crew literally threw my change. Furiously mad!!! And the crew is also not responsive to my concern. This should close down!!
