Food here is okay I’m not too happy that they have msg in their pho since it’s not needed. Portions are pretty small for the price you pay like their cucumber and tofu salad. Need to have more authentic Vietnamese food.
FOOD was superb. Especially the PHO! Oh! The PHO! Best pho in Cebu! As in! Satays are tasty as well, my family and I just love their cuisine and foods. PLACE we usually go there as a family so we prefer to sit at the space beside the restaurant for bigger space and table. I love the tile design and also the stylish interior of the restaurant. Though it can get crowded and noisy sometimes but the food makes you forget about it.SERVERS Though my sister had to walk out the restaurant and stand outside to drink her favorite drink from mooshi everytime we dine there, the restaurant doesn’t give a little leway even if we ordered lots of food from them and we only had one drink outside. But aside from that food was delish! I think better customer service. Some servers were snobbish and always lurking at our table and sees if my sister tries to take a sip from her outside drink. But because we were raised to obey rules, my sister always steps outside to take a sip from her drink and never sips her drink inside the restaurant. But the servers assumes the latter and kept lurking at our table like we stole something or what. Tsk. Aside from that all is well.
One of the best things I like about good food is its ability to transport people to new places without leaving the dining table. And that’s what I feel every time I’m at Phat Pho. The beef in my Pho Bo was still pinkish in the center when it arrived at my table (just the way it should be), letting the hot, delicious broth work its magic into the meat. Different textures from the vegetables and surprising flavors from the fresh herbs made this dish even more adventurous. I’m a believer in coriander again. Thơm ngon!
Excellent pho here, I’ve been to others in Cebu but the quality and taste did not compare with P.H.A.T. Pho. A variety of dishes is available, but the Pho Bo shaved beef noodle soup I had was outstanding and the portion was large. Friendly and efficient staff.
Had the special pho. The soup was okay, but adding the fish sauce made it better. The meat in the soup was really tender, it melts in your mouth.I was just taken aback by the amount of herbs in the soup. It was my first time to try pho. It was good, but I think it is an acquired taste.
This place has never disappoint mw. All their food isnothing but great. The different flavors and textures are just mind blowing. I alwaaaya alwaays come back for more bowl of pho. My go to pho is always the special pho in large paired with their marinated pork rice rolls. I also like to smother my pho with sriracha and a toucb of fish sauce and lime. Not to mention its my go to hangover soup!
