I was at SM seaside foodcourt, trying to look for something savory to eat. The smoke from the sizzling steak had me at go. Since it’s my first time to try it, I chose the safest food from their array of sample plates – Sizzling Pork Chop. The taste is so-so, nothing spectacular about it. I was kind of disappointed to the chops because it was so thinly sliced, the meat got too dry and overcooked from the hot plate. I would rather have 1 thicker sliced pork chop rather than 2 very thin slices of meat that I can barely taste since it got dry and hard from the grill to the hotplate already. I thought the gravy is too flavorful for me, I would suggest for it not to be too salty and floury. indayadventurista.com
