I love the ambience of this place, it’s relaxing. And I’m impressed coz they are open 24 hours a day.
Craving for sweets and ended up here. Tried there Java Chip Frappe and it was the best that I’ve tasted so far. Besides from other cafes, I’d prefer Sulbing for my frappe heart.
One should price their food according to the taste level. And this place is as disappointing as it gets. I would not complain if their offerings were delicious. Sad.
Ordered their best seller, 2 persons for 1 order. The ice cream tastes great, place looks cool easy to access. Fruits are frozen, and not sweet, nothing special. Too pricey and I prefer the local halo-halo over this anytime!
Would definitely recommend every sweet tooth here! They serve the best (personal opinion) halo halo in Cebu! They may be a little pricey but 1 big bowl can split with around 4 people already. Different from the traditional pinoy halo halo and will make you come back again and again.
I love the bingsu. Too pricey though. I wish they have smaller sizes that one can enjoy and means a lesser price range. I always order this and the almond cheesecake.
