Actually, I visited other branch of Tagala’s chicken butterfly 3times. But my buddy told me almost same so start uploading now.It’s pretty cheap for fried chicken with rice more than Jolibee or KFC. But taste’s much better than there.It looks most customers are students. I think that’s reason of cheap price.Anyway, chicken was Crispy and juicy too. And sauce is amazingly perfect with fried one when I added there little of Suka(vineger)!But, not perfectly clean and convinient for visitor so, can’t recommend for everyone.And sometimes more oily because of double fried. So it’s about timing.Good luck.Overall, It’s worth more than I paid. And you can feel it like local people with cheap price, even taste good!4/5 Star
Been eating in this place since college days. One of the best tasting chicken stall in the city, and the sauce! The sauce is what keeps this place apart from others. The place is not fancy, it’s simple; eat and go. Be sure to come early because they run out of chicken fast!

Probably the best chicken you can eat compared to other places like Jerry’s, Sukadi, etc., although much pricier.I really love their chicken and how the batter gets so crispy after frying. Special mention also to their ngohiong which is also good! The star though, is their sauce! Simply addicting! I do hope they’ll open more branches so many more would be able to experience their chicken butterfly. (I always wondered why it’s called Tagala Chicken Butterfly haha)P. S. The other branches are in Arlington Pond just across Silogan ni Gian Ramos Branch, and across USC-TC portal.
I always crave for their ngohiong!!! And also, ask for crumbs to mix with your puso then drown them both with a mixture of the spicy and sweet sauce!!!!
Its cheap. Its streetside. Its delicious! The crunchiness is a tough one to beat. Tagalas is my forever favorite streetside chicken joint. I also love their ngohiong so much!!!
I love their chicken and their sauce. The chicken is crispy and juicy but small so you may have to order a few to satisfy your hunger. If you’re craving for fried chicken and on a budget then you can never go wrong with this one, believe me.
