Messed up the order, but I shared my friends food which tasted nice. They went for the tofu with salt and pepper and rice. Ask for the chilli sauce, it is very flavourful!

I love to eat Chinese, this place has a very good ambiance and service is good. I think this place is just at par with the one near by. I enjoyed the dining experience here. thegastronomist.org

If you’re looking for an authentic and legit Chinese goodness, Tin Gow is one place you should not miss. Located at the Gourmet Walk in Waterfront Hotel in Cebu. Dined here during the Chinese New Year and it was worth it. driftstories.com

After my sorta disappointing dinner at Mizu, I wasn’t expecting much, if at all, when we went here for dinner last night. So, I was taken by surprise when I actually liked most, if not all of the dishes that were served to us. Anyway, we just ended up here so didn’t get to bring my camera with me, hence not so good photos. ;;We had fish, sizzling beef, broccoli, fried rice, asado, and pork siomai. Not fond of fish, didn’t get to try it, but I did try all the other dishes. Love the sizzling beef and pork siomai – can’t decide which one I like best lmao. The sizzling beef was something I’ve been craving for for months now. I liked it so much – the meat was very tender. Yum. For the pork siomai I like it very much because it was all pork – none of those pesky shrimp bits lol. Asado was delicious as well but it had a bit too much fatty trimmings for my liking. Broccoli was sauteéd with garlic and butter (as far as I recall anyway), and it gave the usually bland veggie a yummy taste. The fried rice was also okay, not really that note worthy anyway.Ambiance is good. This is my first time here and I admit I was sorta caught by surprise to find that it was actually quite big inside lol. The only thing I didn’t really like was the service – it was quite slow and though the servers were courteous enough, I think they can still improve in this aspect. I mean, it shouldn’t take 10 minutes for service water (which we asked for) to be served. Or another 10-15inutes for the bill to be served. It didn’t help that they forgot about our birthday noodles – which we ended up taking home with us instead as we were already full by the time they served it. Would rate this higher if it was only about the food, but because of the service I’m rating this a tad bit lower. Also, they don’t have a comfort room inside the restaurant. They do have free wi-fi though. cnicolego.wordpress.com

Tin Gow is the Best Chinese Restaurant in Cebu as awarded my media groups. I can justify it because their dishes are super good. These beef patatim noodles are just as fine as they are untiring to eat. Crispy pork with a side of apples os one of my favorites because its sweetness and sourness is balanced well. And lastly, one recommendable dish is the Fried Taro were the vegetables and meat are finely colliding in the middle of a cake-shaped fried taro.
