After a lengthy conversation about life with a dear friend over coffee we realised we were famished. So we headed to Escario Central but the restaurant we wanted to dine in was already closed when we got there. My friend suggested Tongara; I didn’t protest. I am thankful to this day that we decided to eat here. We ordered Tantamen and it has been my favorite ramen in Cebu so far. I can’t get enough of it.And I am too excited because they will be opening a branch in SM Seaside which makes it nearer to where I live. Happiness!!!
