Mr. A Bar & Restaurant (opened in 1997) together with Mr. A Cafe (2010) and Mr. A Pizzeria (2014) are all located in one area in Lower Busay Heights that gives you a panoramic view of Cebu. It's your "one-stop restaurant" that offers Filipino, International, American, and Italian cuisines to name a few. Mr. A is one of the pioneer indoor and outdoor restaurants in Busay which is known for "dining with a view" of the city skyline. It is perfect for intimate dates, family dinners, barkada outings, tourist groups, weddings, birthday parties, business meetings, and company parties as we have 3 big function rooms with built in karaoke systems and flat screen television units and 1 outdoor function room for private events, not including the open-air outdoor area which we are famously known for. There is enough parking to accomodate hundreds of customers at a time and soon tourist buses will be able to go up to the main restaurant.
