It’s a good place to kill the time because there’s not too many people around. Usually this cafe serves people who just checked in the hotel. Located at the 3rd floor of Cebu Business Hotel, there’s no much view outside. Good thing receptionists are very friendly and told me where was the cafe. The woman attendant was not that friendly(cafe). Only the guy who served the food was smiling. There’s nothing special about the food. But prices are affordable.
