Never thought they have a second floor and was surprised at how cozy it was, you’d never guess you’re in a cafe along the busy streets of Colon. Staff was accommodating. CR was clean too. Wall art is not overwhelming unlike other cafes. Very minimalistic and pleasant to the eyes. Would definitely go back with friends and loved ones.
The food was great. It was quite pricey but it was worth it though. Since it was my first time visiting the place, I was not familiar with the food and I asked the staff and she was accomodating in answering my questions. She even suggested the flavor what works for her which I say works for me too. The ambience of the place was great especially when I was alone at the 2nd floor and I liked the little walls separating each table because you can still concentrate even with noisy customers. All in all, my experience in this cafe was wonderful. I just wish that they open earlier. ☺️

Staffs are nice and really accommodating. The place looks clean (hope they could maintain the cleanliness). A good place around colon to chill with friends.Foods are a little pricey for what you get.
First off, the place is amazingly neat. Compared to Oppa Cafe across the street from Da Bang Cafe, this one offers more peace of mind. The white walls aren’t covered with snippets and vandals unlike the Oppa’s that actually made the cafe look smaller than it is. Da Bang offers you calmness in terms of their ambiance. Very organized as well as they have places for shoes. Proper places unlike the Oppa where our shoes be left beneath our raised seats. But cafes aren’t about their presentation right? They’re supposed to satisfy our hunger first! The fries are ordinary. Nothing special and it costs 140 which for me is too pricey. My friends and I ordered frappes and milk teas to which we regretted spending hundred plus for bland drinks. You can taste more water and if I were to describe the taste of my mocha frappe, it tasted like water with mocha powder as simple tasting as that. The whipped cream tasted sour and smelt different. Very bad service as well. We were first to order but we were served at the same time with the group who came after us. 2 of my friends ordered the same drink, one was served but the other stayed on the tray. We asked the waitress if it was the same drink she had just served and she said yes but she went on her way to the next table to serve the other drink. And the rest of our orders came after a very long time that our whipped creams—IT WASN’T EVEN RISING LIKE HOW IT SHOULD BE. IT LOOKED DEFINITELY GRUESOME—melted and out of the cups.We didn’t try their Korean food since we’re not that fond anyway but maybe their Korean food can compensate their unskilled barista.
The moment I stepped in, I felt relaxed. Even if I was alone, I was not lonely. The white walls brought tranquility despite this cafe being located on one of the busiest streets of Cebu. I learned about this when my friend posted a picture on Instagram of a meal she ate here. I asked her where and she told me. I visited as soon as I had the time. This place reminded me of another Korean cafe near my university. Same food, different ambience. What I ordered was their Kimbap and Tteokbokki, which came with a glass of cold water. Their Kimbap was above so-so, but I really was craving for it that I didn’t bother much. I love their tteokbokki even if I had tasted better. The spicy level was good. What I didn’t like was how the hard boiled egg was too overcooked. The servings were generous and could serve upto 2 people if you aren’t as hungry as a horse. I would definitely visit again and try other items.
