Needs more cleaning and organizing though, which is doable.But CUSTOMER SERVICE was topnotch! They served my request for that Hello Kitty rice on my platter even though it was not supposed to be available at that time! Thank you so much! youtu.be
The food isn’t that great, the milkshake is bland, the taiyaki is so plain and ordinary, except the dango tho, it’s a must. The menu definitely needs a lift and effort. But I’m gonna give it a 3.5 ratings for the free-to-cosplay, that’s such a great offer for the anime enthusiast customers. Though I hope they’ll open a branch back..
The place is spacious and for sure one of the best place for anime lovers since you can wear customes and there were works of art displayed on the wall. However I wasn’t very much happy and satisfied with my experience here. The moment we had our order, the staff told us to just sit upstairs since the air-conditioner isn’t functioning well which is just totally fine with me, but the moment we were heading upstairs the foul smell of the comfort room welcomed us which made me lost my appetite. We were about to have our study/review but the wifi connection isn’t working well that we ended up using our mobile data. Hopefully they would improve their service and the place more.
The food is great and the Ramen is a work of art! Taiyaki is cute and delicious! I tried the Oreo Milkshake and yes, it’s the normal kind of drink! But I have seen creativity in some of their drinks (oppai, yaoi, hentai shakes) and I would recommend this one! Ambience is okay, but I would suggest to liven it up more! 😀
Food is so delicious. Ramen is wonderful. Their oppai and yaoi drink is the best 🙂 Taiyaki is great. Place has a nice ambiance. They have free wifi for 3 hours. They usually do cosplay day on Wednesdays where discounts are given to those who come in cosplay. Their soda drink is worth the try. They also have costumes you can try for free. Mangas to read and even watch anime on their tv. A must place for you and your otaku friends. The Japanese owner is also very friendly.
The place is ok but the service is not quite good. They didnt have a change for us so they ask if we could wait. We said yes. The moment we were leaving, we were the ones who asked for the change -_-
