☆Amazing, all throughout. My 19 years of patronage is enough proof for the quality of this restaurant. The atmosphere is warm, despite the fact it can get a little noisy sometimes due to the place getting fully booked consistently. The staff are attentive, polite, and quick. Food is one of THE BEST I’ve had in the Philippines; it is even a worthy competitor to restaurants in Japan.Make sure to get the rib eye and short ribs. And to make a reservation before going!!

EXPENSIVE BUT GOOD. Kanyoen has a very authentic feel from the aethetics up to the food. The meats were all flavorful and tender. The chicken was fatty and tasty. The prawns were fresh. The service was good as well. If you’re on a budget don’t eat here since the servings are quite small.

Super love this place! They are one of the best Yakiniku restaurant in town. I’ve been here three times already and we always had an amazing Yakiniku dinner here. It’s kinda pricey but it’s all worth it! This time, we ordered Kanyoen set, Tanshio, Gyu Haruman Yaki, Jo Rouso, Jo Karubi, Yukke Sashimi, Rice with miso soup and Namayasai Salad. Worth my two thumbs up and the staff are very attentive and friendly. It’s better to have a reservation first before you dine in as they are always full. Will definitely come back here again.

My best restaurant in Cebu. The favorite of the whole family for all special occasions! The staff are friendly and their yakiniku is the best in the country!

Personally the Best Yakiniku place in Cebu, and the Most Expensive one too!Rumor has it that one former Philippine president used to order meat/food from them, to be then flown to Malacañan.Great value for money. Premium meat quality. Book ahead of time, for they can get really packed during dinner.

The restaurant is very clean, and the staff are friendly and approachable. There are two different kinds of dining tables; one allows guests to sit comfortably on a chair, and the other allows guests to sit on their knees with a pillow under. The menu is quite extensive and affordable, and the servers provide quick service.
