Seohae kaon ta in Lahug just across burrow is one of those restaurants you would be happy to try out with your friends they offer unlimited chicken for ₱199 with unlimited rice and two rounds of side-dishes. Their iced tea pitcher costs ₱80. As a Korean Japanese restaurant they have a variety of food in their menu including sashimi sets if you fancy it. Going back to the chicken, they only serve freshly cooked chicken (if you’re famish, order ahead before you ran out of chicken on your table cause you’ll have to wait for the second batch to get cooked) their chicken is so good especially the buffalo and soi, their fried chicken has the typical homemade chicken taste. Their kimchi and cucumber salad are pleasing. Im delighted with the place cause you’ll have your privacy while eating cause of the cubicles that separates you from the other customers/ groups. The waitresses are very warm entertaining us with our orders and every time we ask for a water refill.
We discovered this resto by accident, as the chicken place just right across had already reached their cut off time. Their fried chicken are literally smoking hot since they come right off the pan when they serve it. And for the price of Php 199.00, you already have unlimited chicken and rice.. Much to our delight! Their kimchi’s a perfect pair for the fried chicken. I just wish the side dishes were unlimited inasmuch as they only offer you 2 rounds of them. I have to say, though, that the place is well-aligned with how we see traditional Korean restos are on TV.
This place is new to us so we tried it. We ordered the bulgogi which is actually in a broth and not your typical bulgogi beef that’s grilled in sauce. Its actually only the second time I ate this kind of bulgogi the first time was in Seoul. It was great and the price is just right which was surprising considering most korean restaurants in cebu are almost same price in korea. The other was buckwheat cold noodles korean style which was also good if you’ve eaten this type of dish before. Overall a good affordable korean restaurant.
