From restaurants, we now move to food court chains. A small stall located inside Starmall in Cebu, they serve home cooked food that will remind you of home. I ordered their Menudo with rice which tasted very typical. Their other dishes such as Bicol Express, Caldereta and Afritada were basic and lacked flavor especially in the sauce.
