I’ve tried this liempo due to curiousity. Since I’m Cebu, I want to try different grilled porks. We had this for dinner. The taste is good and so fatty. My only concern is, I feel that the meat is not fully cooked. It looks raw and pinkish. Some people may like it, but not me.I wish the owner can improve on it, to provide options to customers. For instance, there should be well cooked and medium rare. Food eaters have different preferences.
I remember hearing this brand before but I can’t remember the taste. We were supposed to eat lechon but the boyfriend told me that the liempo was good so I ditched the lechon and ordered this instead.The boyfriend was right! Haha! The meat was tender and flavorful even without the vinegar. It didn’t have that the burnt taste and texture. The only downside I saw was that their serving is small and had a lot of fat cuts in it.
