The place is nice and the food is great. They are having a promo of 249 buffet when we dine here and it was really worth your money. They have different types of meat and many side dishes. The food is delicious. One of the best Korean restaurants that I tried.
If you’ve been to korean restaurants for samgyeopsal like Kaya, Samgyeopsalamat, Pearl and etc. Don’t bother trying this one cause it doesn’t even come close. It won’t suffice your cravings and will leave you slightly angry. The side dish and the meat is just horrible. The egg soup taste like balot soup. The other soups aren’t any better. You are better off eating the normal grilled pork belly. To be fair i think this will appeal to first time samgyeopsal eaters who hasnt tried other korean restos for samgyeopsal and has nothing to compare to. For a cheap price, i’d choose small quantity over bad quality.
We went here with my friends to celebrate post-valentines date. Good thing my friends arrived earlier than me cause the place was jam packed during Friday. It was good to know that they now offer a Korean buffet at a reasonable price. I hope the management will plan to renovate the place because I can see a great potential for this restaurant.
The food was good, they had 3 kinds of meat to be grilled with side dishes like kimchi pancakes, fried rice, Tteobboki, kimbob, kimchi, etc. My group and I didn’t really have problems with the food offered. We enjoyed but we did have a problem with their service. It was awful. 1. Nobody came to greet us when we arrived. The waitress only came to us after we began to sit ourselves. 2. We told the waitress that wanted to re-arrange the tables so that we wouldn’t block the aisle. We told her we were actually 9 in the group, the waitress looked annoyed. She said it was fine. 3. While we were cooking, the butane ran out. We asked for a replacement. They gave us a new stove but an old butane, so of course that butane ran out quickly, after we complained again, they finally gave us a new butane.4. When I called the waitress for drinks, she mumbled something about tap water while walking to another table. She didn’t even bother to look at us.5. When the last person of the group came, nobody came to greet her either so one of my friends assisted her instead. He got her a chair and placed it at the only available space, the aisle. 6. And finally the waitresses got annoyed and all 3 waitresses argued IN FRONT of us that our friend was blocking the aisle and they couldn’t use their cart even though we TOLD them, when we first got there, that we wanted to re-arrange the tables so that we wouldn’t block the aisle!!! It wasn’t until my friend got annoyed and finally snapped at them that they finally stopped.And so by the end of the dinner, we all unanimously agreed that we would never go back.
Reasonable price for unli Korean food. This was my 3rd Korean unli resto in Cebu. I really their food specially their pork mix with lettuce. Kimchi was great spicy flavor was tolerable.. Ventilation? Good not so Hot. Ambiance average.. for sure I will be back.
The price is wrong. It’s actually 300 plus service charge for pork and if you add beef it’s 400 plus service charge. You can’t eat alone because it’s a minimum of two. The floor is so slippery I almost slipped twice so be very careful. The food is okay though. Nothing outstanding but not bad. They need to have more lights to attract customers at lunch because there were only two tables when we ate, ours and a couple. Also improve your customer service. The staff looks tired.Here are my deductions:-1 for the incorrect price-1 for the very slippery floor and the dim place-1 for the lousy customer serviceThe food is okay and there’s much potential. They just need to work on the 3 things mentioned
Their food and meat is legit good.. Their kimchi and teokbokki tasted great. The meat were fresh and refill were fast. But the place needs better lighting and airconditioning is pretty bad.
