The service is too slow, when we ordered there are only two people ahead of us and after we ordered we waited for 15mins or more and observed that the customer who arrived late get their food ahead of us instead, we then follow up our order but the crew did not even bother to entertain us.
Horrible cooks! We ordered a sea food rice bowl and it took them 30 mins to cook! and when it arrived, guess what! the rice was still white and cold! looks like they did not even cooked the entire ingredients because they are in a hurry. And the taste of that seafood rice bowl is so dull. Will never eat here again!
i have always been interested in trying a different type of cuisine and i was brought here. i actually love the concept of this place as you get to choose what to place and eat from your bowl. you have to be familiar of what you’re trying or else you’ll end up not liking the food. it was not really a mongolian-themed restaurant but at least they’ve tried to introduve the customers with the concept. place and price-wise, it was accessible and fine. service is efficient too
Everytime I come here, I really enjoy making my all-you-can-fill Mongolian bowl. You can choose from a variety of vegetables, meat, noodles and sauces but be careful with what you put or else it might taste different from what you expect 😉
Kublai Khan is one of the few remaining Mongolian buffets I know in Manila. I’m glad they have a branch in Cebu and that the whole experience is the same. If you want a filling and good tasting Mongolian buffet style meal, this will definitely fit the bill!
I always order a One Time Fill Bowl here. They got alot of variety in their sauces, vegetables, and meat. The food isn’t that great. But it can pretty much at least satisfy a craving palate for a mongolian. They serve meats in their bowl in small sizes so it’s not that really meaty. Vegetables are always overcooked the same way as the noodles which is sad, it makes it loose it’s freshness. But set all these aside, if you combine a perfect mixing of all the choices of sauces at par with your taste i’m sure you could enjoy a bowl. I always have a coconut curry sauce, and a schezuan sauce altogether and more spring onions for a refreshing kick. Their food is mainstream and nothing special and prices are very cheap. That’s what you get. But i could once in a while indulge in their bowl for a mouthful flavor-bursts. Just a 2.5 to 3 stars out of 5 for this.
