Surprisingly good little dining spot. In a basement. A food island in a sea of hectic shoppers. Pardon the grocery store atmosphere, the hustle and bustle nearby. The space may be low-key; obscure, if you will, but it sure packs a punch when it comes to the food they offer. Impressive quality! Budget-friendly, too.Chicken Macaroni salad (Php 105), with a light touch of mayo dressing, was decent. Greatly appetizing were the Chicken Tenders (Php 190) and Fish Fingers (Php 180) rice meal sets. Seasoned, breaded & fried to crunchy golden brown perfection, the chicken fillet meat and fillet of fish tasted amazing. A real shame we missed out on a chance to try their irresistible desserts but we were in a rush. I vow to try them next time.
International dishes in local and pocket friendly cost, that is what Metro Gourmet is for. With their wide selection of meat cuts, ribs, pasta and sandwiches you will feel eating in a lavish dine within in a supermarket ambiance. It may not be that cozy but the food is satisfying and great! Price starts at Php 100.
