If I rate the dough itself, I would have given them a 3 because the churro is a little hard and a bit dry. But since their chocolate dip did compensate for the texture of it, thus a 3.5. For someone who have tried several some of the best churro shops in Manila, Papa Churros is a bit of a downgrade. I’m just happy that their choco ganache was really good. That really helped me munch the whole serving away.I’m still going to pay them another visit and give them a chance since it could be a transition phase, hoping that their dough will make an improvement in the quality. indayadventurista.com
They’ve built their success through Sugbo Mercado but still their churros pales in comparison with their competition. The churros bites that they’re offering is not that crispy nor fluffy. It was somewhat hard. It seems like their dough has been fried and refried several times. The choco dip was okay, it would have went well with the churros. thevisualtraveler.net
And you can now munch on the best Churros in town at Papa Churros! For Php 69.00, you can taste its Regular Churros! This is actually affordable and worth the price. The chocolate dip is one of the several factors that creates the sweety goodness. The best snack while strolling around Ayala! habhabcebu.com
