Their pizza was good and I have a lot of friends who loves pizza hut but I am not so impressed, I mean the taste was just a so so. Their spaghetti was okay. Staff were friendly.
Went here because my husband wanted to try their newest cheese pizza (forgot the exact name, sorry). I had a feeling it won’t be as good as it looked so we decided to order a regular size of this flavor plus another flavor. It was still OK though, with lots of mozzarella cheese (inside the pizza dough, and the fried ones on top) but it gets boring eventually. Good thing we had the other flavor to save the day.My kids also wanted the Toblerone Pizza a la Mode so we ordered it for dessert. It was a disappointment! I initially thought it would have more toppings (pictured it with a deep center where all the toppings & chocolate sauce go) but it didn’t. It’s just their normal thick solo size oily pizza bread.. topped with a small amount of chocolate sauce (probably a teaspoon full and just spread all over), few small pieces of Toblerone, and 1 scoop of vanilla icecream. And that already costed over a hundred pesos (about P150 I think, I can’t remember)Service didn’t make the food any better too. It was slow and staff aren’t very attentive. Staffs were very slow, not attentive to customers. We waited for almost 30 minutes for our food to be served and we get this small piece of chicken. It was a shame that I went here with my father having high expectations. Pizza hut staffs, if you ever read this comment, if you want to save your business, please be attentive and please be fast. Food is ok. Chicken’s too small.
the staffs were not accommodating and service was really bad. we have to call for the attention of the servers a couple of times before they attend to you. not worth the service charge on the bill. they should really improve on that. otherwise, the pizza and mozarella cheese sticks were great. carbonara was a bit bland though.
Their Mexican Beef actually tastes good. But the serving size is meh. So, still not worth the price.
The foods are fine but not great. They charged service fee but their customer service is very awful. We waited for almost an hour before our orders were served.
