I love their cakes, the sweetness is just right. Their iced tea and paninis is also a must try.
The place was in a good spot, not much people passing by unlike other parts of Ayala. It also had beautiful furnishings. When I ordered an espresso macchiato, the crew explained that it’s just espresso and foam, but what else could it be? Haha, I took a sip and found out it was espresso, foam, and acidity. The hot choco was lighter than expected, needs a bit of cocoa and some oomph.Still, the rainbow cake was delicious.
I’m really happy that their iced latte comes with sugar syrup. I also recommend their apple pie!! The place overall is really nice, but it’s usually full.
Just the average coffee and just okay cakes. Orders the ice mocha and chocolate walnut pie. Just regular taste and nothing that would make you come here again. Has good decor and nice location at a nice and quiet corner of the mall.
My favorite coffeeshop in Manila is here in Cebu! They serve Toby’s coffee (but sadly no flat white) to go with their awesome pies and cake. Mango Cheesecake is the bomb!!
This humble little kiosk at the 2nd floor of Ayala Center Cebu has been around for a while. This first got my attention because I was looking for a spot where I can just sit down, have some nice tea and work on my design projects. I usually take a seat near their counter, because you can just plug in your devices and work. They have accomodating staff, very polite. I usually try their cheesecake with tea. They offer simple Dilmah teas by the way, which has become the usual for small cafes whose emphasis is on their desserts. I tried their mango cheesecake and noticed the crust separates from the filling so maybe the filling was tough? The flavor is good though. Wouldn’t mind coming back because their place is really convenient!
I had their calamansi cheesecake and it was divine. The calamansi taste was not over powering, as this is usually the concern in most citrus desserts. All their other desserts looked appetizing too! The rainbow cake and the tres leches are among best sellers. They also serve Toby’s Estate coffee.
