Perfect place to unwind in the middle of a busy city with affordable food plus a jaw dropping overlooking scenery. Best time to visit is at 5pm to witness the sunset. 🙂
This place is perfect for relaxation and chilling time. When you’re bombarded with stress this is the perfect place for you to unwind ❤️. You can enjoy the city lights of Mandaue city together with their best and delicious foods.
I believe this is the First Cafe located at the 11F of the Building where you get to see Good City View and offers Love Locks for Couples who wished to LOCK their LOVE FOREVER!!! 🙂
