Dong Juan is another homegrown restaurant that I recently visited for the first time. We came here for lunch per the suggestion of our youngest son, who vouched for the quality of their sizzlers. Dong Juan offers a wide selection of gourmet burgers but we didn’t show up here for burgers. So hungry were we at that time, we only had the appetite for a solid meat-rice combo meal.Nice tip, son! We totally agreed with his judgment on the sizzlers, they were really good! We ordered one Sizzling Burger Steak (Php 159) and 2 sets Sizzling Pork Steak (Php 169), both flavor-rich, well-cooked, tender and comes with a single cup of plain, white rice.We also ordered their Chili Wings (Php 189) which tasted just fine and not too spicy, just a regular-tasting chicken dish that would have earned more plus-points if the size of the wings were larger.I thought the place needs some renovation/repainting to make it more appealing. An upgrade of the airconditioning system would be nice. And lastly, please change your menu boards. As you can see in the last photo below, some words are faded/blurred and unreadable.
