Found another place in Parkmall that is cheap with a small traffic. Located near Streetyard, this resto serves good food. I tried their Batchoy and it was one of the best here in Cebu. Will come back there and try other choices on their menu.
Great food, Nokinocs Palawan just branched out here in Cebu. Thank you for maintaining the original taste. I really like the beef Chao Long Noodles. I shall return soon. I’m excited to eat again.

Kung gigutom ka kaayo unya ganahan ka gyud og mabusog kaayo adto sa Noki Nocs, ilang boodle lami unya kaya ra ang presyo. Unli pa ilang rice.
If you’re looking for a homestyle cooked place. this Is your go to place. 2 choices of ulam and unlimited rice for only Php 125. They also have boodle for only Php 319! Yummy!
