Absolutely fabulous restaurant. A cultural experience with a direct view of the kitchen and overall preparation of dinner explained by Japanese chefs. Fantastic soba paired with wonderful sides. I have been simply blown away, little Japan in Cebu. Considering the price of full menu its still amazing overall value.

Worth the hassle! The restaurant only has seats for 10 diners, so they require you to reserve and pre-order your food at least 1 day before. All the soba noodles were freshly made. I had the beef soba. The beef was cut into thin tender slices. The broth was delicious. My group ordered the appetizer set. I didn’t really enjoy the tofu and fish cake, but the unagi was divine.Make sure you order the marinated yellow fin tuna (magoro-no marine). The tuna was fresh and the marinade was full of flavor. It was my personal favorite dish.

Amazing food! Best Japanese food in Cebu by far. Loved everything I ate, balanced and perfect. Stand outs were the tuna salad, the pork and beef soba and the eel. Can’t wait to go back

This is a hidden intimate gem. Tucked in a small street in Mandaue, Soba Kamakura will give you a unique soba experience. Ordered Magoro-no marine, Chawan-mushi, Unajyu, Tempura, Unagi Soba, Beef Soba and macha pudding. Love everything, except the Tempura, which was a bit of a let down. Definitely recommended.
