Disappointed with this Indian restaurant based on the dishes we ordered. First of all, calling their biryani as Dum Hyderabadi Biryani insults that esteemed way of making biryani. The chicken in the Taj Indian Restaurant was white and tasteless – it had absorbed none of the spices from the biryani masala. Chicken was obviously added at the very end (maybe just when we ordered). That’s not the way Dum Biryani is supposed to be made.Chicken Tikka Masala – gravy was tasty but the chicken was tough and black looking. My friend said the black look comes from blood in native chicken. I 2as put off by the color

You will be tasting a lot of foods else where but when you enter the restaurant there is Punjabi music playing giving a nice ambience. If you are in Philippines & in Cebu & want good Indian food. You know where to head!At the end you may say, Wah Taj!
Went with their veggie shawarma wrap. It was good. Not really mind blown by it but it definitely hit the spot. Way better than the other mainstream Indian restaurants. Main dishes are a tad bit pricey for one but ideal for groups. Service is excellent and the staff are very kind!
