The desserts was exceptional and flavorful however the main reason/purpose was satisfying our Japanese food cravings and the food was just right, but their sushi was bad. It was dry and not fresh. I won’t have it again. Also the grill on the table was difficult to adjust the heat so the meat just overcooks and we had a hard time taking it off as the grill wasn’t nonstick. Everything just sticks and burns and the restrooms at the time of our dinner did not have any electricity so it was so dark you can barely see anything.

The place is cozy, friendly staff and they quickly refill the japanese sashimi section of the buffet. I miss their bukata, that you can grill and prepare your shabu-shabu at the same time. They have a wide choice of desserts that you can choose from compared to other buffets in the city, they serve more than just jello. I love cheesecakes, creme brulee and so much more. Their prices are affordable too
At long last I am finally able to review this unsung hero of the indoor grill/Habachi/Yakiniku scene in Cebu. I have overlooked this gem for so long that even I do not know how many times I’ve been here. Tokyo Table is a fusion of Chinese, Japanese, Korean & Filipino. This gem has battled the odds, with City time square having trouble staying afloat, Tokyo Table remains the number one restaurant in CTS. The Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – They don’t skimp on the quality of meats here and they don’t skip a beat when it comes to refilling. The steamed assortments in my personal opinion is the star of the show. The dessert spread is by far the best of all the restaurant buffet choices here in Cebu.The Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Plenty of room, contemporary and cozy. The parking can be a big hassle though but it’s all worth it. What’s good is the grill doesn’t really emit that much heat so you’d stay cool all throughout the dining experience.The Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️ – I mean if we’d talk 2 years ago they were light years above the quality of service compared to the present day Tokyo Table. They have seen better days but they still do shine sometimes like before in their prime.The Value ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- I’d have to admit they are a bit above price range but they are all quality. You really can’t put a price on how consistent they are with the quality of food they dish out to you. So after all this time, they still haven’t missed a beat. They’re still much very worth it.

Me, my girlfriend and my whole family loves this place so much. We’ve been to this place many times now and to all buffet restaurants we tried, so far this has been the best one. They serve my most favorite Japanese food with very good quality and taste, especially their desserts. They also refill their sashimi very fast and that is a huge factor why this is best for me. I always reccommend this place to my friends because this experience is worthy of its price especially if you really love Japanese food.
Unlimited Japanese food overload. For someone who’s a fan of Japanese food, this is heaven. You can find different types of Japanese food and it tastes so good. The desserts are also to die for! Will come back here again ❤
