Their crab menu was great. We ordered crab in coconut cream and the one with garlic and IT WAS VERY SATISFYING!. It is a must try! Apart from this, their food prices were good as compared to seafood restaurants in the city. Great taste and BIG servings!The only downside of it.. their place must be upgraded and kept clean. Their furnitures and overall set up were not really appealing. It was kind of messy and dusty.
Food Ordered:* Baked Scallops – delicious! Cheesy and definitely something you should order! This made our night.*Calamares/Calamari- Served with a ketchup mayo something dip. It was okay. The squid was not rubber which I liked. It got me thinking that this might be onion rings, but it really is squid.*Shrimp in Chili Sauce – delicious as well! It was definitely spicy but not a burn in your mouth spicy. There were a lot of shrimp for a small order. Another must try.Resto:* nice staff* The food was served in 10-15 mins*We came at around 7PM, so expect some flies going around.*There’s a live band (not sure if it’s everyday)*open space
The food tastes great! The ambiance is good and relaxing. One of the best baked scallop in town! The pansit is good and the sinigang. They also offer garlic bread as appetizers.
I’m quite disappointed as to why this restaurant has a low rating, when every food that we had was I QUITE SATISFYING. Crab in coconut cream is a must try! The crabs are fresh, BIG, and the price is really cheap! (I’m from Manila, so I guess compared to the prices of meals in the restaurants here in Manila to Cebu, they are quite cheap). They taste really really good!!! (Although the person that I was with had HB problem after eating all those aligue :D) Baked scallops are cheesy and they didn’t let us down too, as well as the shrimps in chili sauce. Friendly staff, it may have been a long wait for the food to be served but it was worth it! I will be recommending this restaurant to every one that I know who’s planning to visit Bantayan Island.
It’s disappointing that this had a low Zomato score I sadly overlooked this awesome restaurant. Good thing the partner wanted to try here. Yes, they serve their food slow but they serve it all at once so you wouldn’t have to wait for other food coming in. Try their sisig! It’s the bomb! Good prices and good food.
Ordered dangsilog and it was okay. One thing that really annoyed me was the place was filled with flies. Couldn’t eat properly because of those. The restaurant did not do anything about it too. The staffs weren’t attentive as well.
I gave 3 because of the service and attitude of the staffs. Lack of service crew that makes the order took so long. Also I recommend to let the staffs study the bar menu, they dont know about the drinks. Dont eat here when you are very hungry.
