Like all restaurants in Moalboal, Silveray is non-airconditioned but at least they have electric fans to beat the heatThis is a no frills type of resto, don’t expect too much in the ambience or decor but the service is fast. All meals come with rice. We ordered fried chicken, chopsuey and pork belly. The chopsuey had shrimps and squid rings instead of pork. It was a little bland for me but we were still able to finish it off.The fried chicken was crispy and crunchy but the meat still tender.The pork belly was slightly overcooked.The best part of the meal was the mango shake!
