Masarap ang inyong brunch buffet. Daming choices at super bait ng mga waiters ninyo, especially to Red, Chris, Rommel, Jonas at Kurt. Their head, Arnel, demonstrates excellent customer service. Palagi akong bumibisita sa Bluewater Maribago at nung nalaman ko may hotel sila sa downtown, I went to One Central Hotel to check it out. I was impressed with their service. Good food and good service, san ka pa?

Cafe Tartanilla is situated in the 9th floor of One Central Hotel beside Elizabeth mall.The ambiance is luxurious and you won’t feel like you’re in downtown Cebu. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They are so well-trained and polite. The food has wide varieties. Nice ambiance, high ceiling and clean interiors. The food is very delicious and of course, very affordable. Cafe Tartanilla/ One Central Hotel is also a branch of Maribago Blue Water.
