The best halo-halo here in Talisay, unique flavor and equal with the sweetness. We’ve been here with my friends last time. Great for relaxing and taste the sweetness of halo-halo.
They had expand their area but always serves late on your orders even their are still less people on their store. Hoping they hire more servers though and now it’s mostly gulaman and only have lesser fruits on every halo halo served
Went there tonight for some halo halo, ordered the supreme and it wasn’t good. The toppings was very little, the ice wasn’t smooth you really had to chew it to break it down. It tasted like just water with a splash of milk, they added sugar but it was all grains at the bottom. The kaong was also just colored jello, not even flavored. Also if you have a private vehicle there’s minimal parking, enough for 2-3 cars. The balcony seating was very nice and spacious. So if you want a place just to hangout with friends and family, it’s a good place to go. Other than that it’s not worth going to especially for halo halo.
They sell halo-halo, which is their specialty. But their mango float is the reason why customers return.Aside from being a halo-halo parlor, Victoria’s offers an al fresco drinking place with matching dim lights. They open from 4pm to 2 or 3am freedomwall.net
