I’m very disappointed with the service. The staff made us wait for 30 mins since their system is reservation-based. I don’t have any matters with that. What made me furious is that there were others who arrived late than us that didn’t go through the reservation process. We were standing there for almost 30 mins! I told one of the staff that we were reserved but instead, she catered the customer’s orders. Now when we were finally seated, the staff told us that their unli-food offer is over. And it wasn’t even 9pm yet (the time that their buffet will end as advertised).I’m never coming back to your restaurant again. Poor service.
