love their Earth burger but the service is bad. I had to get up and ask for a drinking glass and ice since they didnt bring me one when they gave me my canned coke. we almost finished our burger but our fries wasnt served yet, turned out they totally forgot about it (i heard the cashier saying in the background, hala ang fries diay) And also this is my pet peeve when eating out. The music they played in the background is too loud and jej. It totally change the ambiance of the place.

The burger here is okay, nothing special. Its just a bit dry and bland for me. The ambiance here is nice, comfy and clean . Their staff is okay too. The only problem for me is the food, maybe their other burger is good but unfortunately for me, the one I ordered is not. So in my opinion, this is not the type of restaurant that is worth coming back. I would be happy if I spend more to other burger chain that would satisfy my burger cravings. #juanatravels #cebueats
Gosh! I loved their burgers!! The only reason why I did not give this complete 5 was because I was not asked about what buns I would like for my burger like they did the first time I visited. But they still have nice staff.
The place and the ambience is actually very nice. Their burgers are worth the price and very delicious too. However, the servers should be more attentive to the customer’s order. Then they should improve their mac n cheese. Put more cheese and butter so that it would be more flavorful and worth the price.
Tried Fatcow Burgers & Malts for the first time. Serving of the food is quick, I had the Holy Cow Angus, Onion Rings, and Vanilla Milk Shake.The burger is just ok, vegetables are fresh and crisp, the burger itself was just ok, not so juicy as I wanted. Onion rings was just ordinary, probably I like Burger King’s onion rings better. However, Milk Shake was really good. Would come back again and give the other burgers a try.
