In my recent trip to Negros Occidental, we headed South and took the via Toledo city to back to the Queen city of the South by this we had a short soujorn in this southern tip most city of Toledo. A little famish from our trip from Bacolod, instantly we head off to the most decent place my good friend from Toledo take us. As per my observation this one is the posh place , I’ve seen around. And I was right, the menu is playful from the cuisines to the names even. Mostly, they are serving Japanese foods if you are a fan, this is your place. Anyway, my friend who is a local in the place suggest some must-try in the resto but I opted to follow my instinct. I have the Philippine spider roll, Salpicao and Peking drunken chicken. It was a mixture of different taste and I was happy about my choices. Though, there are some disappointment with some of it, the spider roll is good but the other two I’m not sure about it. Their version of Sapicao is a little bland and the meat is chewy instead of tender and the chicken was not that bad but it wasn’t that satisfying. Although their staff were very accommodating and kind . To add, the ambiance is clean and welcoming.With high hopes, I am looking forward coming back here again. truebluecebuano.wordpress.com
