Pelayo Street A lane known for its local trading scene lined with jeepneys and a buzz of the daily mundanes, is being transformed with a splash of colour, and the smell of dough rising. The guys behind award-winning Australian restaurant, Bondi&Bourke have brought their passion for Aussie brunch and baking expertise to Davao City. The bakehouse concept is open everyday, 6:00AM to 10:00PM, housing fresh bakes, good brews, and an all-day brunch. Flavours and menu change daily, but much like IRL, some things never change.
