One of the best dish they serve is the sizzling salmon head, but they removed it permanently in their menu. I used to order it twice a month and it’s one the best salmon dish in Alabang. Their crew is also ok specially Junie. Hope they will retain the sizzling salmon head in the menu. Too bad

To the ones who know me, Japanese is my top favorite cuisine. So for a simple celebration, I treated my siblings and boyfriend to lunch.Knowing that it was a payday weekend, I already anticipated that there will be a lot of people within the area. Good thing the boyf arrived their earlier, so he was able to secure a table for us.For starters, we had Crazy Maki and California Crunch Maki (sorry, no photos!). The Agedashi Tofu and the Gyoza arrived next. My siblings have these “special diets” so I considered that when I ordered the mains.My brother, Justin, is currently on a no-rice diet, but I still got a fried rice bowl. The server told me that it’s good for 5 pax anyway. Other mains were Karaage and Tonkatsu. The viands were not hard to eat without rice. I think the Karaage was the one with sweet potato fries as side dish.On the other hand, my sister is on a pescatarian diet. I ordered 2 sets of tempura for all of us. It was very filling! Thanks to all the servers who attended to our needs. 🙂
Always loved Omakase’s food – for this branch though, pre-ordered in 2 different occasions – on both times I even accounted for extra time to pick-up my order (15-20mins after scheduled pick-up). Both times were a bit disappointing – orders weren’t ready and not even made yet. Manager/staff not accommodating and takes 10minutes to settle a bill. I love Omakase but CUSTOMER SERVICE should still be of paramount importance. I hope improvements are done – and please, update your contact info on this app.
Salmon sashimi was sooo good. Also really liked Singaporean roll! The best! Their poke bowl wasn’t good though. Oh, plus attentive staff! Ebi and kani tempura were just OK.
