The serving is gigantic but I expected that it would taste like homemade adobo but it’s bland and the flavours were just outside the chicken it’s just in its sauce. Giving it 3 stars because the service is kinda okay..
Casual food in the casino, quality is correct, price is fair for this kind of place. I try the omelette with rice, it’s correct+. Place is clean, close pretty late, 2am.
After spending money in casino, its time to try and eat here in Solaire’s Food Court. We headed at Filipiniana because its their complimentary food for being a VIP member of Solaire Casino.I ordered Pancit, I like how the noodles is crisp and it has 2 shrimp in it. Yas gerl! We also ordered Mechado, and Bangus. The service is good they crew are attentive. I hope they also have priority seat for senior citizen or a menu that they will not stand up and look for the menu in the counter.
Definitely would recommend the Pancit Guisado! It has a balanced taste of sweet and salty that’s not too overpowering. The Caldereta also is perfectly spiced with seasonings and topped of with many toppings like tofu and carrots. However, they do need to fix their presentation for the Caldereta.
Before watching Wicked, we had dinner at the food court of Solaire. We tried the Beef Kaldereta from Filipiniana. My husband and I just shared an order of it and just added extra rice. The serving’s good enough for 2 persons. It was good but the beef was full of fatty parts. I don’t know if it’s just based on the batches of meat ‘coz I saw the pictures from other reviewers here and their beef kaldereta didn’t look too fatty.
This gem is found in Solaire’s Casino’s Food Court. Located near Pan Asian, Sandok and Americano. What I recommend here is their Beef Caldereta. IT’S TO DIE FOR! The beef is so so so so tender. ❤❤❤ I always order this when we visit Solaire. All of the items on their menus also good. I don’t know why they don’t build their own restaurant. I wish they would.
Right inside Solaire’s Food Court, Filipiniana is in the corner. We liked the Pancit Canton served by this unassuming Food Court tenant. The serving was huge good enough for two. The flavor was not your typical Pancit. It had tofu, squid / fish balls, vegetables and some meat. It was served fresh and pipping hot. It was bit oily though but overall we enjoyed it. Wait time around 10 minutes. Senior cards honored.
