Happiness in a box!It was 55 years ago when a small stall in Baclaran rolled out its famous original boneless lechon stuffed with seafood paella. Today, Ms. Lydia De Roca, owner of 25 stores (and counting!) is busily updating her business empire one of which is the LECHON-IN-A-BOX! This hard paper box can actually feed a group of ten to twelve (10-12) person starting at P1,750.00! There are three Lechon-in-a-Box to choose from:LECHON-IN-BOX with PANCITLECHON-IN-A-BOX with FIEST BOXLECHON-IN-A-BOX with PAELL
It’s my first time to try Lydia’s Lechon in a real restaurant, not in food stalls/food courts. The ambiance was homey.Lydia’s Lechon launched their Lechon-in-a-box. It comes in three variants:*Lechon-in-a-box with Seafood Paella (P2,250.00/box)*Lechon-in-a-box with Pancit (P1,750.00/box)*Lechon-in-a-box with Fiesta Rice (P2,250.00/box)I do recommend the Lechon-in-a-box with Fiesta Rice. Actually, the Fiesta Rice can be eaten even without any other viand because it was just filling and satisfying already, but who cannot resist Lydia’s Lechon. Crispy skin, juicy and tender meat. I love it. Seafood lovers can definitely enjoy the Paella.Aside from lechon, I recommend the Dinuguan and Kaldereta.#LydiasLechon55Years#LakingLydiasLechon#EverydayLechonHappiness#lydiaslechon
