Underwhelming, expensive, and really slow service. Angus beef dish seems like it was just showered with lots of pepper. Taiwanese pork belly tasted like it wasn’t prepared well. Not worth the price. Food took almost an hour to arrive, even the appetizer. Not worth the wait.

We celebrated mothers day at Crustasia. The service was so slow. Extremely disappointed and they had the nerve to charge us 400 for service charge. NEVER AGAIN. YOUR PLACE SUCKS!!!

We were supposed to celebrate Mother’s Day at a different restaurant but had problems with their payment policy. So we ended up trying this restaurant as recommended by my brother and his wife. The AC was not apt for the big space. So my mom kept fanning herself because of the heat. We also had to change tables as the initial table we were supposed to sit in had flies swarming the plates. How do flies exist in a nice mall?ORDERS:SHRIMP AND PAPAYA SALADI was surprised at how it was refreshing to the palate. I like this dish.VIETNAMES FRESH ROLLS AND FRIED ROLLSBoth equally satisfying. They could have cut the fresh rolls in half as it is too big to gobble in your mouth.PAD THAII seriously love pad thais, this was good but I just wished that they could have removed the added coconut milk. It ruined the dish.LOHAN VEGETABLESI like the mix of vegetables and how it blended well with the sauce. This was good.CEREAL PRAWNSFirst time to try this dish, it was okay for me. It didn’t have that oompph in my mouth like the other dishes.SATAY 12pcsBest satay I’ve tasted so far. I like the sauce that goes well with the satay.PATA TIMThe last dish to arrive. It was cooked well. It tasted good. My mom loved it.CRAB FRIED RICE vs BAGOONG RICEWe liked the latter, it was really good.SHAKES/JUICES:THAI ICED TEA, WINTER MELON, RIPE MANGO SHAKE, WATERMELON SHAKE, CUCUMBER LIMEMine (Winter Melon) was okay. Please please don’t add milk in the ripe mango shake which totally killed the drink. Cucumber lime tasted terrible.PRICE:Good price for some of the delicious dishes but Service Charge was INAPPROPRIATELY PRICED.SERVICE:Service was really slow. Dishes came in one by one. We were almost done with our lunch when some of the shakes/juices arrived. They only had 2-3 waiters which is pretty weird as there were a lot of customers. All in all, I would go back but not in this location and probably not my first, second or third choice for restos to dine in. I wish they could improve their service.

I expected good food because of the price and advertising.Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. They served us a burnt fried spring roll and the crab was not fresh and not properly cooked. They have to replaced with a fresher crabs which was still NOT FRESH. My husband ordered for Heineken and they never served it. I talked to the manager but he just gave me a paper so I can write my concerns. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We paid 2,517.00 for ONE CRAB. Dr. Jesica Smith, PsyD

Place is interesting since they offer different Asian specialties. The air conditioning was not enough though to cool the area. Yang Chow was ok but it has chorizo so mixed feelings about that. The viands we ordered would’ve been best paired with plain white rice. We were expecting Bangkok Chicken to be chargrilled as indicated but looks like it was not so the meat dried up fast on the inside. It was hard eating the white meat part since it tasted bland already. Taiwanese Pork Belly was yummy! Pork was super tender that the fatty part literally melts in your mouth.Chicken Satay was good too, they cooked it like Pinoy barbecue so for me it was not really the traditional satay we were expecting but we loved it anyways. They paired it with peanut sauce so I guess that’s what made it “satay”. Veggie was good, it has black beans (tausi) so a bit salty but very good.
