It has been years since I last dined there. It has already renovated as the place is now brighter unlike before. Food is great – I love the Salmon Wasabi Cream. I think this is an underrated dish from their menu. I actually don’t like wasabi but this one’s an exception. The wasabi taste is faint. I also like that they put generous amount of the cream sauce. The California Rolls were also good. We enjoyed it so much that we ordered another one. It took some time though ‘coz it’s made upon ordering.
the food was good. but the staff got our orders wrong initially, serving us the salad after the main dishes were out.what takes the cake is the horribly rude senior staff (maybe the manager or supervisor), who handled our bill. we were initially given a bill where a dish was added that we didnt order. when called the woman back, and she did take the bill. it was handed back again, where when we checked it, we saw that the hot tea we ordered wasnt charged. so, in good faith, told the senior waitress looking woman that it wasnt charged. she then asked us what tea we ordered, where we pointed at the tea pot on the table. Sunget woman then grabs the teapot, looks inside, and says its house tea, slamming the cover and then shoving the teapot back at us. Horrible rude woman. no wonder noone is in the restaurant except for foreigners who havent experience it yet. definitely will never be back.sayang, the food was actually good.
