Pleasantly surprised that i enjoyed their lunch buffet albeit there werent too many items. Laing was good, so was the bagnet. Beef mechado was very tender and flavored just right. Crispy crablets were fun to eat. They also have some meats you can grill- did not try them tho. Had halo halo for dessert with ice as fine as razon’s. The buffet comes with a single serving of iced tea enough to refresh you after a heavy meal. Just disappointed with the female staff who tried to cheat us on our voucher thinking we wont have it verified. Otherwise, twas a good lunch.

Probably one of the best and “kanto-style” buffet for me, without the polluted and smoke-filled environment of the streets. Silougue serves comfort pinoy food, hotel-style. Love their buffet as you also get a fill of different pinoy favorites AND street food. Love their calamares, hilaw na mangga at singkamas with bagoong!
Good food and very affordable price. Ambiance is great and the staffs are very accommodating. The crispy pata was not that crispy. Overall the experience is great.
My bf was offered a membership card. In return, he got a free buffet meal. Meanwhile, I have to pay P80 for my meal (2 choices only) as I’m an old member. I chose the breaded porkchop (I forgot the other option). Service was good, thumbs up. Food is okay. They don’t have any other drink options, only iced tea is available and not refillable. I hope their drinks will be refillable.Place is good.
