At first, I liked this diner because I prefer their home-cooked style meals over mainstream fast food. For several days, It became my go-to place after working late. Well, not anymore. I ordered TilapiaSiLog and to my horror, it was half-cooked. Only a thin layer of meat was cooked and underneath the white meat was translucent flesh, which gave off fresh blood when I pierced it with the fork.I discreetly called the attention of one of the staff and showed them the half-cooked fish. She immediately took the dish to the kitchen, without even asking if I wanted my order changed. No one was attending to me so I approached the kitchen and told them that I would like to order DoboSiLog (Adobo + Rice + Fried Egg) instead. I stayed and waited because I was so hungry and I didn’t want my effort in going and waiting here wasted. After waiting for several minutes, one of the staff came back with my new order. But to my utter dismay, the potato in the adobo was again half cooked. It was not fork-tender. Normally, I’d forgive this kind of mistake and I would just eat the whole dish with slight dissatisfaction. However, I find it very insulting that they’ve let me experience their sloppy kitchen work yet again. This shows how the crew poorly handles the food they prepare.I called the attention of another staff again showing her the half-cooked potatoes, hinting my disappointment over the dishes they served. I showed her how I can’t even slice the potato chunks with the spoon; she took a note of it then returned to the kitchen. I waited for almost half an hour this time, expecting that they would do something about it. In the end I waited for nothing. One of the crew came back, nonchalant to my concerns. It was clear that they had no intention to correct their mistake. I calmly expressed my frustrations to her, but deep inside I was extremely disappointed and furious of how bad the service was. I did not eat the adobo as I have already lost my apettite. They did not let me pay for it but I still felt I incurred a loss because I came out of the diner stressed and anxious about my health.I was really rooting for this diner but I don’t think I can eat here again after my experience.

Food tastes good for its price. Affordable too! Didn’t really notice this place at first but after a few back and forth trips to the area, I saw their menu and the food that they offer which was great because it feels like you’re just eating meals from home at an affordable price. They deliver for free but the downfall is that they use a styrofoam container for the take out meals and I hope they can change it to the paper type ones.
