My experience here is terrible let me tell you why, the food is great but the staff are really rude omg nung time na kumaen kmi dto onti lng kmi na costumer me and my friends and then 2 people on the other table, the staff aren’t welcoming tpos inaway pa yung isa kong kasama dhil mali yung binigay nlang order smin tpos pinagpipilitan nla na kmi daw yung mali yung inorder they gave us the kimchi pancake but my friend really ordered cali maki and yes naenjoy nmin yung food pero nawalan kami ng gana sa attitude nla and pag nagseserve sla smin parang galit like pag mag papa refill kmi, we will definitely not gonna comeback here again.
Food is averageService is poorAmbiance is so soI believe no matter how your food tastes if your service is bad then everything goes with it. The counter is the biggest problem in P Noval branch. She is grumpy, won’t answer to questions and if she does, her answer is not at all true. We tried to order shakes here asking what is available and she said no shakes are available. Customers came and we heard blending then shakes being served. What is that but poor customer service? Do we have to dress so extravagantly that it exceeds the norm just for us to be served properly? Do i need to show that I am a millionaire for you take me seriously? We are near the place for us to wear long sleeves and slacks. We are working middle class people. Restaurants do not judge people on how they look. Please train your staff appropriately. P.S. The other waiter was polite enough to correct the mistake of her colleague
This would be a long review post so I will give my recommendation first:INSTEAD OF HANAYO PNOVAL, GO TO HANAYO DAPITAN. If there was an option to give a 0 or even negative rating, I would! We had our lunch meeting at Hanayo P. Noval (June 22) and we were 16. Upon entering the restaurant I asked politely the lady server (rudest server!) to give us a good for 20-person tables and chairs. But she said, “Ho? Ano yun?” And then I explained again, “For 20 persons, please, gusto kasi namin sama-sama.” I won’t request for that if I knew that there were no several vacant seats and tables, but there were! After that she just answered, “Sige po. Kayo na lang mag-ayos kasi wala po kaming mga lalaki.” Just wow, so I didn’t complain thinking that there was 2 guys in our group. When we arrived at the restau, we weren’t complete yet therefore my group (we were 3 groups in total) decided to give the initial orders. When the rest of the groups arrived the orders were completed and given to them. And another rude service was served to our table. So I noticed that the other orders have appetizers. So I asked this “rudest lady server” if all of us will get an appetizer and her answer was, “teka lang ha. Isa isa lang muna.” WTH! You can say that politely and not sound rude and mean. Take note, I asked her, again, politely but answered rudely. For this 2nd incident, I already approached her and told her from our arrival we didn’t get a good customer service already. Telling us to go ARRANGE THE TABLES WITHOUT ASSISTANCE and then ANSWERING OUR QUESTION RUDELY AND WALKING AWAY RIGHT AFTER. Take note again, I talked to her calmly and if I say calm “hindi siya mapapahiya and sisigawan.“ My 2 other friends followed and talked to her and said to be politer, non verbatim, “ate kasi as a customer nakakawalang gana kapag and customer service na binibigay is pangit.” When she returned she was smiling already but gave my appetizer and said “ma’am eto na ho oh.” Omg, haha! Thought her smiles were true. So we let go of those rude treatments. But ANOTHER ONE came up. When asked if the ramyeon was half she said “yes” so my friend took it from her. An hour passed already but the ramyeon with gyoza was still nowhere. So for the nth time my friend who ordered it asked for follow up, this rudest lady server said “lahat na-serve na”, so we counted for everything but the ramyeon with gyoza was not in our table. Looking through the orders it turned out that our group just ordered one half ramyeon and not 2. But our concern was she was asked if the ramyeon she was holding is half and she said YES. She answered yes even she knew that she already served the first half ramyeon. What they wanted to do was my friend who received a wrong order pays to my friend who didn’t receive an order. But we didn’t agree with that set up. Because for all the hassle and rude treatments we’ve got, they deserve to learn their lesson. So another friend of mine stood up and firmly told to the rudest lady server to give another ramyeon with gyoza and be responsible to her wrong doings. We thought everything was fine but not until when she served the ramyeon: NVServer: ma’am okay na po ha. Sakin na yan na-charge.Friend: ano yun? S: wala. Kumain ka na dyan. And that made everyone of us mad. We talked to her again and enumerated all her rude treatments from the start and the hassle she caused. And you know what she answered? “MA’AM PASENSYA NA KAYO. BAGO PA LANG KASI AKO.” Oh my dear, don’t you ever reason that for your rude treatments to your customer. That would never be valid.
