  This is really awesome. They have a lot of foods and all of them are great. From the normal dishes to desserts, I’ll give them 5 Star. Food presentation is nice with friendly and accomodating staffs, and of course a city view dining area is so great!

  The servers were extra amazing. The food was really good and well presented. I went here on a Sunday for brunch and it did not disappoint. Will come back again!

  May 8, 2017 || #1133 || Buffet Dining with a View.We were invited to sample Cusina ni Lola by Chef Tatung Sarthou (Limited Time), which you can read on our website www .Eater. ph or continue reading our thoughts on the venue.Pan Pacific is a 5-star hotel that prides themselves on service, which shows from the lobby and the staff stationed by the elevator, always ready to assist.The restaurant is located on the 21st level – top floor of the hotel, which is accessed by the scenic elevator with a view of the bay and old manila.The Dining area is divided into 2 sections; The lounge area with oversized sofa sets for a relaxing vibe and the Buffet area with a much better view of the manila bay. The furnishings does show age, but the classic white tablecloth keeps it classy. The buffet station is well spacious and distant enough from the closest table, the luxury of space was in the design. The setup may not be the most efficient use of space, we’re sure they can squeeze in more stations to expand selections, but from the food that was offered it’s clear they prioritise quality.It’s clear that this part of town has been neglected with entertainment city attracting the crowd, to which Pan Pacific Manila responds by maintaining their international standards. eater.ph

  The Pan Pacific Sky View Lounge is basically the epitome of a dessert time that anyone would be looking forward to. Let’s head on to the review starting with the quality of the service, ambience and the taste of the food. I can’t say anything with the quality of service. They really had a great team of waiters and receptionists. They walked us to our seats, letting us choose which area we wanted to go to spectacle the amazing view before us. They immediately handed us the menu and were very responsive in terms of our questions regarding their best sellers and specialties. More than that, they were very immediate in giving us our requests (i.e. asking for water, honey, cream, etc.). Kudos to their staff! The ambience was just to die for. They have a very chic looking lounge with spacious individual chairs, elegant looking couches, meeting tables and glamorous designs. It was totally fantastic! In terms of the food, the desserts were really amazing. We ordered their signature dessert: Mango Tart, Chocolate Soufflé, Iced Mocha and a pot of Mango Strawberry Tea. There was a right balance between the sweetness and other complementary flavors. I can’t say anything about the plating and aesthetic, they did an amazing job! With the quality of service, location and food, they were spot-on. I just can’t give it a perfect score because for me the desserts were a little bit over-priced. I know this is a hotel and all that, but I just had better desserts from other restaurants that are relatively affordable than theirs. Hence, I can’t give it a perfect score. If your wallet’s thick, this is the place for an over-all gastronomic adventure while enjoying a sight to behold!

  I love the view galing dun sa pacific lounge. Ang babait ng mga staffs nila, ang ganda ng lugar pang high class. I like the food especially un bread nila and desserts. 🙂
