Fried dumplings are a must-try!We usually have suahe, cuttlefish balls, beef fat and watercress or polanchay in our hotpot. Good for two people already. Love their spicy broth in the hotpot.I also like that you can mix your own dipping sauce and control the amount of chili, garlic and scallions you will use. The place needs to be renovated/ repainted though.

Didn’t enjoyed because you wouldn’t feel like you got what you paid for. Yes, the waiters were accomodating but the serving was very lil. I ordered pork slices for P160. I asked the waiters how many pieces will we be served and he told us it was 8. When it was served on the table, it was just 5 very very thin slices. The whole chicken we ordered didn’t seemed whole. It seemed only half. The whole chicken was P600 and was covered with chips so that you wouldn’t know that the serving was very small. I spend a lot at good restaurants like whole chicken for P400 and that too being served with big, sweet and crispy chicken and I don’t regret spending a lot for it but here I indeed did. Try Balinsasayaw at Tagaytay and order their whole chicken for P400, you will never ever forget the taste, very delicious sitting in their kubos with soft music and good ambiance. Ping Yang shrimp rice that was for P250 was not a shrimp rice but egg rice because the shrimp was only 7 pcs that too very small. Their shake was P89 and was served on a wine glass so that you won’t realize that you are being served with very lil shake. Besides if you use their seasoning that they served on your table, you have to pay P50 for it and you will realize it after you ask for the bill because you wouldn’t be informed while having your meal. You also have to pay for the paper towel P3 because nothing comes for free and you will realize it after paying your bill. If you want a good chinese restaurant with big service, good ambiance and nice food, try Sze Chuan near Malate Roxas blvd. I swear you will love Sze Chuan. Their yang chow rice was like a shrimp rice, more shrimps than eggs atleast unlike Ping Yang. Thank you. 🙂
