The staff was nice and accommodating, there are a lot of board games which is cool and their wings are delicious, esp. garlic parmesan. Will drop by again!

Aircon was just for decoration. It had plenty of games and their wings were delicious but there’s just one problem. THERE WAS A COCKROACH ON MY PLATE and when I showed it to the staff the just brushed it off. I went there with my friends and were hoping to get even a little compensation with regards to the said scenario but THERE HAPPENED TO BE NONE. They just took the plate and didn’t even bother to apologize. If it weren’t for that I would have given them a 4 on its ratings. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS! Good thing I’m not one of those customers who pushes this issue on a political and law-based perspective. Lol~
My family had a dinner sunday of Dec 8. We waited 20 minutes for the chicken wings to be served, waiting that long is alright expecting that the wings will be served hot. But it was a great disappointment when I first get a bite of the wings it was totally cold so I immediately get the waiter’s attention why the food was cold, he just smiled and didn’t say anything. I knew there’s something’s wrong with the wings so I stopped eating after 3 pcs. My family loves the flavor though I told them something’s wrong with the taste. They had plenty of since we all ordered unliwings. After a day my niece started to vomit and had severe stomach crumps and fever. Then after 2 days was my nephew and after 5 days I started to have severe stomach pain, fever and been pooping several times. You might be skeptical why It took effect after 5 days, but it is possible. I am very choosy in what I eat and i knew what I ate since after that night. To the chef and owner please be concern with your customer. If you can not handle to serve unli wings with good quality to a large group of people then be cautious.
Games were fun, huge variety. Time limit was enough to have your fill of games, conversation, and food. But that’s about as much good as I can say about Cranium. The chicken tasted and smelled like it wasn’t fresh. I’m the type to usually eat every little bit of meat on the wing but I could only stand to eat the breading and sauce. Malansa. Took a while to be served as well.
