What I really loved about the dining experience is the view and the live music. I guess it is the posh interior that made me come back. Food was good but not as impressive as the lounge’s look.
C Lounge is beautifully designed albeit it’s ‘hidden’ location. You wouldnt really be able to find it at once unless you stay in the hotel or you have business meetings there, but what can I say? I think it also is a great area for those people who’d like to get a tan because the sun hits the area during afternoons. The outside dining area is equally great too, just avoid it if you don’t want to get heat stroke! My recommendation for this restaurant is the seared salmon salad. The serving is huge and the seared salmon covered in sesame seeds is unlike any other! Really really fresh and delicious.
We went to Conrad and had afternoon tea at the C Lounge. The view of the bay was worth it. When it started to rain, we could see the raindrops as it fell which made us feel protected as we were inside the confines of the hotel. The place was nearly deserted so we practically had the whole lounge to ourselves. The server was very helpful and explained the various items on the menu. Everyone seemed to enjoy what they ordered while we relaxed and took in the view. Perhaps, next time it would be sunnier and we could see the sunset. Now that’s worth another visit in the future.
Everytime I need to just relax and chill after a long day’s work, C Lounge is one of my default happy hour spots in the city. The only catch is that the acoustics of the place is not as good so the music from the live band in some nights are not really music to your ears.
Always here for the Manila bay sunset and my fave— the blushing Sangria!!! It never fails. The ambience is perfect place to appreciate the sunset with my glass and music.
12 January 20192:00PM-5:00PMAfternoon tea with a view, but definitely not the place for good food. Expensive, mediocre and service needs a lot of improvement. I slightly felt bad for the service team since the place is huge and they had very few people going around attending to the needs of their customers. They offer good quality of beverage choices, but that’s just it really. Another thing I noticed is that with the blue mac n’ cheese served with beef pepper flank steak, the chasseur cookware used is rusty! Don’t tell me it’s part of the design because it surely appears to be old and needs to be replaced.
Hello moon! This is always my greetings whenever I come here for the night. Since I was a kid back in my hometown, I love watching the moon and stars. For 5years of living away from home I finally found a perfect place for chilling. Drinks and foods are perfect. I will definitely come back here again whenever I need some chilling.
