Needs improvement sa service almost 1 1/2 hour kmi naghintay, we arrive at 11pm last night around 12:05am sabi ng nasa receptionist for cleaning na yung room para sa amin almost 12:30 na hindi pa rin kmi nkkapasok.hays!!! Nakailang pindot na sa service call walang pumupunta! I suggest mas mganda ang service ng makati. Sa next time may improvement na. 🙂
Decided to come here to celebrate my sister-in-law’s birthday. Of course there’s a surprise, surprise = party poppers, and then goes the poppers, one staff informed us that party poppers aren’t allowed and we will be charge 500.00. In our defense they didn’t inform us their house rules even we have told them that we are setting up a surprise party inside of one of their booths. TL/DR staff should always inform or hand out house rules before entering their booths for the safety of both parties. The booth was good but the karaoke machine are outdated, not to mention the a/c unit, not cool enough. The food was okay, Pork Sisig was salty. Service was good very accommodating. TL/DR: It was okay maybe I was expecting more updated songs for their price range.
